Linking Positive Brains to Performance

There are a variety of reasons we workout and put ourselves through those gruelling WODs. Some do it to increase their cardio and health, others do it to increase the looks they get on the beach.

Whatever the reason, most would also agree they workout to increase their performance. Whether it’s to perform better at your workplace, in your relationship with your partner, or simply rank higher in the CrossFit Games Open, a common denominator is we all want some kind of performance edge.
