Reebok CrossFit in Forbes

Reebok CrossFitThis piece has been getting a lot of attention online and in the TwitterSphere for a several days now. Patrick Rishe, a contributing writer for Frobes online, pens how Reebok has been developing their products and the effect this has been having on the immerging Reebok|CrossFit relationship.

The article goes on to detail how Reebok is not only encouraging their employees to participate in CrossFit workouts but has actively employed CrossFit trainers at the Reebok headquarters in Boston. As Rishe states “the individuals responsible for designing the apparel and footwear have a first hand perspective of how to maximize the usefulness of the products they ultimately sell to CrossFitters and other fitness consumers alike.”

When I first saw the images of the Reebok CrossFit One gym it was clear that Reebok were making steps in the right direction. Although when they hired well-known CrossFit identities such as Austin Malleolo and Spencer Hendel to be part of the gyms coaching staff, it was apparent Reebok were in it for the long haul.
