Kim Kicked Off His Own CrossFit Open Show!

Two weeks into the Reebok CrossFit Open and things are not going according to plan.

13.2 was a great workout, in fact I thought it was a fun workout, just wish my score was a bit better…

For most people, this workout is in the box jumps, you’ll be spending 75-80% of your time on the box if you can move the bar easily.
