The CrossFit Games will turn seven years old in 2013.
With the season to kick off in March 6 with the first week of the CrossFit Open, we thought we’d take the time to give you a bit of a history lesson on the sport.
The CrossFit Games started in 2007, with a small event held at the CrossFit Ranch in Aromas, California.
Since then, the sport has grown exponentially, with the event moved to the Home Depot Center in California to cater for the high number of competitors and fans.
The CrossFit Regionals and CrossFit Open have also been added along the way.
