Last years 11.1 workout kicked off with an AMRAP of as many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of 30 double under followed by 15 power snatch. For those that recall the power snatches were more of a ground to overhead but it was still a great yet grueling workout. I remember I tried actually did that one several times (with varying success) in that first week because I was so excited the Open had been released.
In any event the excitement of it all is building so I can only wonder what HQ has install. Either way it is just great to announce the beginning of the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Season is about to get underway.
