Jorge Lorenzo and Martina Klein taking part in Reebok's CrossFit exhibtion in Madrid
The CrossFit community welcomed two more big names this week with world champion motorbike rider Jorge Lorenzo and actress Martina Klein both taking part in a Reebok CrossFit exhibition.
Lorenzo, the 2010 world champ, is off to Qatar this week for the first race of this years Moto GP season, but he took some time out yesterday to take part in the promotional event which was held in Madrid, Spain.
The exhibition featured Reebok’s CrossFit Drop-Box which had landed in Korea last week.
Both Lorenzo and Klein, who join a number of other celebrities to try the sport in the past few months, took part in a small WOD, which featured some box jumps and a few other standard movements.
While they seemed to do quite well, I don’t think they’ll be competing in the CrossFit Games anytime soon.
