Heidi Montag, one of the former cast members from MTV’s popular series, The Hills is known for many things. From her appearance on the I’m a Celebrity Get Me out of Here!, her not so successful debut album Superficial and her recent appearance on VH1’s Famous Food.
Despite all these televisions shows, she is most notably known for undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day.
She has given several interviews over the last few weeks to US Weekly magazine in which she discussed how she has been using CrossFit to stay in shape.
It seems like every week a new celebrity has picked up the sport. What do you think? Is Montag and the numerous other celebrities adopting the sport a good thing for CrossFit?
