CrossFit Regionals: Canada East Winners

21 year old Albert-Dominic Larouche was the standout performer at the Canada East CrossFit Regionals, finishing on top spot to book himself a spot at the Games. Matthew Lefave was tied with Jeff Larsh but claimed second spot, and a ticket to the Home Depot Center, on a count-back.

The women’s section turned out to two horse race with Camille Leblanc-Bazinet and Michele Letendre fighting it out for the top spot. In the end Letendre claimed victory by two points, but both will still compete at the Games in July.

It was a close finish in the teams section with Usine CrossFit Ottawa finishing two points ahead of Lusine CrossFit.
