CrossFit Food Pre for the Week

It’s Sunday and the weekend is always a good time to cook. Many people like to get all their food prep done for the coming week ahead as they usually have a bit more spare time over the weekend.

Regardless if you follow the Zone, Paleo or any other diet for that matter, spending a few hours cooking your meals is a great way to ensure you keep to your diet and don’t end up with a pizza, burger or fries for dinner.
