As some our regular readers know, besides running The Rx Review one of my many hats is a field producer for CrossFit HQ. At this years CrossFit Games I had honour of filming the Masters Division of athletes.
Over the last few years I’ve filmed with many top level CrossFitters, but I have to say shooting the Masters has been a real highlight. To see these men and women put their bodies on the line is really something impressive. Their grit and determination is one thing but I’ve never come across of group of people that were all so pleasant to interview and work with.
To all the 2014 CrossFit Masters this video is small way I wanted to say thank you for inspiring me.
