Spencer Hendel’s Snatch Training

Four time CrossFit Games competitor Spencer Hendel gives us a closer look at how his training is going late in 2012.

The above video shows him snatching 225 lbs for eight reps, tap and go.

Hendel’s personal best is 290 lbs, so to lift 80 percent of that eight times in a row is a pretty good effort.

Earlier this week, current Games champions Rich Froning (290 pounds) and Annie Thorisdottir (75kgs) both broke their snatch PR’s.

Maybe we can see Hendel do the same next week!
