You might have heard, Michael was in America earlier this month attending the 2012 CrossFit Media Summit.
As he and John have now taken on the role as Regional Media Directors for Australia, Michael flew over to the States to be briefed on where CrossFit is heading in 2013.
During his time in San Francisco, he rubbed shoulders with the likes of Greg Glassman, Dave Castro, Bill Grundler, Tony Budding and 2009 Games Champ Tanya Wagner.
Although judging by the video, it’s clear this was not just a work trip — he had time to visit LA, caught up with family, and ate out at far too many fast food places.
