Julie Foucher: 3rd Place – 2014 CrossFit Games

After taking a year off CrossFit to focus on her medical studies, Julie Foucher returned to competition in fine style, finishing third at the 2014 CrossFit Games.

Foucher, he finished 2nd at the 2012 Games, took it right up to eventual champion Camille Leblanc-Bazinet and runner-up Annie Thorisdottir during the competition, finishing in the top 20 in every event bar one – the Clean Speed Ladder.

Shortly after the final event at the StubHub Center, Foucher fronted the media to talk about her performance over the week. Check out the above to hear her thoughts on her podium finish, her return to competition, and women in CrossFit.
