Earlier this week we ran a Hyperwear Sandbell Giveaway on our site, giving readers the chance to win one of 10 sandbells!
The competition was made possible by our good mates at Fringe Sport who supplied us with 3 x 10 lbs, 3 x 15 lbs and 3 x 20 lbs sandbells to give away.
In order to enter we asked readers to leave a comment on our page answering telling us:
“What size sandbell do you want, and what exercises would you use it for?”
We got a great response with some fantastic answers and over 60 comments on our page. My personal favourite was from ErickDiazStot, who wrote:
“I would use a 20# Sandbell. I’d use it for something like Death by Sandbell: 1 Clean-Squat-Press-Slam every minute on the minute, add one every minute until failure or time catches you… Then when all is said and done I’d sit on it after the WOD, after all they are tough but soft.”
