Losing your hair can be a tough time for anyone, no matter what their walk of life. A successful CrossFit Games athlete, or a young high school student will most likely feel similar if they were to go through the process of losing their head of hair.

While it is unfortunately a part of life for many, there are things we can do to stop, or at least slow down the loss of hair.

This article takes a closer look at some things we can implement into our lives that will help with hair loss in both men and women.

Exercise

It’s no secret that regular exercise reduces hair loss. For hair to grow, each hair follicle must receive nutrients and oxygen from the body’s blood vessels. Exercise often increases blood flow to the head region. Increased blood flow to the scalp means more nutrients and oxygen are reaching the scalp. This means less chance of hair falling out.

So the more you exercise, the more you should be able to encourage a healthy hair regimen and slow the effects of balding.

Natural Oils

Using natural oils like peppermint, rosemary and lavender oil on your scalp will help reduce hair loss. In fact a recent study of rosemary hair results showed that some oils were just as effective as prescribed medication when it came to tackling baldness. So introducing natural oils into your scalp treatment is another thing to consider.

Diet

It should come as no surprise that a healthy diet will reduce hair loss. Food provides your body with the fuel it needs to function and grow. This is obtained from the food you eat in the form of calories, vitamins, and nutrients. One of the reasons why getting the proper nutrients is essential is that they can help your hair grow strong and healthy. Are you tired of dealing with hair loss? vitamins revive can help you care for your hair properly. A nutritious, well-balanced diet high in protein, vitamins, and minerals may promote healthy hair growth and prevent hair loss. Eating pumpkin seeds for hair growth has been known to have great results as well.

Summary

In conclusion, there are many things you can be doing to slow the process of balding. Regular exercise, in addition to a good diet and natural remedies is a great place to start! Good luck!
