CrossFit Regionals: North East Update

Day two proved to be a killer for the athletes in the North East CrossFit Regionals with heat and humidity taking its toll.

The conditions proved to be very testing with only a handful of competitors completing the Chipper event within the cut-off time.

Heading into the final day the men’s division is completely open with only six points separating 1st and 4th place. 26 year old Daniel Tyminski leads the field after winning both events on day two, while last years Regional winner, Austin Mallelo, is in second place.

David Charbonneau and Spencer Hendel are close behind in 3rd and 4th spots.

Things are even tighter in the women’s half with just 13 points separating 1st and 7th place. Jenny Davis leads from Kaleena Ladeairous and Alicia Gomes who are tied for second.

CFNE Team A leas the team competition after winning both events on day two. CrossFit Southie and CrossFit Milford round out the top three.
