In the above video review, John and Michael give their thoughts on the popular Rehband Knee Sleeves.

If you train regularly at a CrossFit gym, you would have likely seen a number of training partners wear wetsuit like material over thier knees while working out. For those who don’t know, these aren’t a fashion statement, they are actually knee sleeves designed to provide support and assist your knee joints while training.

In this particular review, we focus on a pair of Rehband Knee Sleeves, although there are a number of other brands on the market today which are very similar.

In the above video, we look closely at the good and bad points of using knee sleeves while training, focussing on things like how much support they offer, the feel of them and how much they can improve your overall training. We also compare them to similar products like knee wraps, and talk about how much assistance they actually offer while weightlifting.

In the end, we give our final thought on whether we think the Rehband Knee Sleeves are a worthy purchase and if we would spend the $40 to buy a pair.

Check out the full review in the video above, and let us know your thoughts on the Rehband Knee Sleeves in the comment section below.
