Day three into the second week of the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Open and there has been another shakeup to the leader board. While both Rich Froning Jr. and Raw Training still hold onto their first place positions, yesterday’s women’s leader, Emily Bridgers has today been replaced.
Here is how the leadboard stands with just over 24-hours left in the workout at 11am AEST, 4PM Pacific Time:
As mentioned, yesterday’s female leader, Emily Bridgers had lost her first place position and dropped to third. She has been replaced with 2010 CrossFit Games Champion, Kristan Clever with an amazing 102 repetitions. The always-competitive Julie Foucher follows her in second place with 99-reps.
Last year’s 11th place Games finisher and the Australian Regional Champion, Amy Dracup has moved her way into the top ten with a 91-rep performance, securing her seventh place.
Rounding out the top ten is Michelle Crawford with 90-reps.
In the men’s competition Rich Froning Jr.’s 98 reps ensures he holds onto the top place. Yet despite yesterday’s runner-up Sean Thomson completing the workout again and increasing his score by four reps to 89, he has dropped to tied fourth place alongside Dan Bailey.
Todays second place goes to Kenneth Leverich with 91-reps followed by Orlando Trejo in third with 90. Jason Ingham rounds out the top ten with 89 repetitions.
In the Teams division, RAW Training increased their overall score to 499, which saw them maintain first place. Team QCCF Awesome who was in second place yesterday slid down the leader board to sixth place. The highest total team score of Front Range CrossFit’s with 542 repetitions has replaced them. In third is CrossFit Altitude with a score of 492. Diablo CrossFit Anejo makes their way into tenth place with 453 total repetitions.
With only 24-hours left it is going to be interesting to see what happens overnight.
