CrossFit Games 12.1 Update

The first 2012 CrossFit Games Open workout was just announced only a few hours ago and already people around the world have already been giving it a go.

One of the first to not only undertaken the event, but have it filmed and is Katie Hogan of Valley CrossFit. Under the watchful eye of Adrian Bozman she finished the 7-minute AMRAP with 91 repetitions.

Checking the leader board there are already several women who have exceed Katies 91 reps. Currently the 28-year-old Emma Moburg-Jones from CrossFit So Ill is in first place for the women with 106 reps.

For the men the 30-year-old Colin O’ Reardon from CrossFit Lake Oswego has just slid into first place with 132 repetitions.

I’m sure the leader board will be changing quite a bit today. So it is going to be quite interesting to what the highest reps of the day are.
