Workout Announced for the 2014 Australian Hero Games

To mark Remembrance Day and Veterans Day, The Rx Review caught up with Jamie Zimmermann, the Director of the Australian Hero Games (AHG), to talk about its next functional fitness event.

On December 6, 2014, CrossFit affiliates from around Australia will take part in the 2014 Australian Hero Games. The ‘Hero Games’ a functional fitness event which honours fallen soldiers across the world.

The event is now in it’s fourth year and continues to grow. This year, a large number of CrossFit boxes will host the event across the nation, with hundreds of participants already signed up.

The cost to participate is $20 with money raised going towards selected charities
