First Look: Inov-8 F-Lite 235 Functional Fitness Shoe

This week Michael takes a quick look at the Inov-8 F-Lite 235: Inov-8’s first functional fitness shoe to hit the market.

The shoe was released last last year (2014) but has only been available in countries outside the US for the past month.

In the above video Michael talks about the main features of the Inov-8 235 and what changes the brand has made to previous models like the F-Lite 195 and F-Lite 230 to make the shoe more suited to functional fitness and CrossFit Games athletes.

Selling for around $130 in the US and around $169 in Australia/New Zealand, the Inov-8 F-Lite 235 functional fitness shoe is available in a number of split colours, including yellow and black, blue and red, pink and light blue, grey and black, and purple and yellow.
