Eric Carmody was the sole male qualifier from the Asia Region at the 2014 CrossFit Games.

The American expat beat a number of quality athletes, including former Games competitor Mikko Aronpaa at the improving Asia Regional to secure an invite to the Games in Carson, California. He ended the weekend in 39th place overall.

We caught up Eric Carmody after the final event of the 2014 CrossFit Games to hear about his thoughts on his first Games experience, the growth of CrossFit in the Asia region, and his interesting haircut!
